We accept Paypal, Cash, cheques made payable to Steven Green.
Paypal payments must include a confirmed delivery address
Goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared or unless the delivery address is confirmed by Paypal.
Please do not send cash through the post as there is no security with this method.
Please check you have given the correct details for your order and cheques have been signed and dated correctly.

You have a legal right to change your mind and return any goods for any reason UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIPT

You remain fully responsible for the goods to be returned until they are received and signed for by us.
The cost of returning goods to us is fully your responsibility.
We advise that you use a signed for, insured delivery service to return goods to us.
If goods are damaged or lost in transit during the return process deductions will be made to cover the loss of or damage to goods.
Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receiving them commencing the working day after receipt.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, boxed and in the original packaging and with labels still attached.
The costs of initial delivery to you will not be refunded either in part or whole unless the goods were faulty or delivered incorrectly.
A 25% restocking charge may be deducted from any refunds for goods returned after 7 days.
We regret we cannot refund special orders unless they are delivered incorrectly.
